Initial Deposit 25% I understand that the initial deposit of 25% must be paid in £ Pound Sterling GBP and sent to a Cosmedic Jetaways UK Bank account to secure a booking for cosmetic surgery in Thailand.

The deposit will be calculated from THB to GBP at the CURRENT INTERNATIONAL RATE OF EXCHANGE on the day that we recieve your Booking Form The Current International Exchange Rate which we calculate our standard Deposit on can be found here: International Currency Exchange Rates
Remaining Payment made in Thailand I understand that i must pay the remaining cost of my cosmetic surgery to the Cosmedic Jetaways plastic surgeon in Thailand after completion of surgery, this price will be clearly indicated in your booking confirmation email.
Payment Methods accepted Please select your payment method for the Initial (GBP) deposit. This will be deducted from the cost of your cosmetic or plastic surgery.

On receipt of this Booking Form and Payment Confirmation we will inform you of the cosmetic surgery arrangements and transfer details from Airport to Hotel.
