Where are the incisions made and what breast implant type is used?

Often breast implant incisions are less than 2 inches and made beneath the crease in the armpit where it is very inconspicuous and scar lines will be virtually invisible due to micro stitches. Once the incision is made the surgeon will create a pocket either directly behind the breast tissue or underneath the pectoral muscle to insert the breast implant.

Other possible locations for the incision is around the areola or the lower edge of the breast mould however we regard these techniques as out dated and not aesthetically pleasing, despite still being performed as standard procedure by many surgeons in the USA.

After you have rested and spent your first night at our 5 star hotel your private car and cosmedic team arrive to escort you to our medical facilities and to meet your plastic surgeon/doctor and undergo your personal consultation and breast implant procedure tests.

Our breast implant patients will always have a chest x-ray and routine complete blood count before breast implant procedure which are free of charge.

You will also have to refrain from eating and drinking at least 6 hours before breast implant surgery and inform us of your history to allergies or other health problems.

The operative breast surgery takes normally an hour and when completed your chest will be wrapped with elasticized bandage to immobilize the breast implants and collapse the creating pockets.  

All cases of breast augmentation are performed under a general anesthetic and on location at one the countries finest private hospital facilities, and not a clinic.

After completion of your breast surgery augmentation you will then wake up from your procedure in your own private VIP room with cable television, on suite bathroom and constant medical care and observation checks, you will spend one night with us and our very kind and fun loving staff will take care of you like royalty.

During Hospitalization, you may request for Morphine or Pethidine to relieve any pain or discomfort. The following morning your plastic surgeon will come to visit you and assess your progress, and to teach you all you need to know about the breast implant after care and recovery process.

Also, anti swelling tablets and mild pain killer tablets are prescribed for a few More day after you leave our hospital.
